Clean Defense Force soft washed the home exterior and pressure cleaned the pool deck on a residential property in Bethlehem, GA after the homeowner received an HOA notice about algae, dirt, and grime.
What the customer requested
The customer wanted the house and deck cleaned because of algae, dirt, and grime and had received a letter from their HOA threatening fines if the condition wasn't corrected.
What we did
Soft washed the home exterior — including the siding, soffits, window frames, and exterior door. Additionally we pressure cleaned the pool deck. We used soft washing technique for the home exterior and pressure cleaning for the pool deck. Project time: 3 hours 7 minutes on 2026-03-09.
The result
The exterior of the home looks brand new. HOA was happy with the results.
